How we do it (methodology)

Challenge

We consider fundamental the creation of tools that facilitate, through play, the learning of emotional skills both in the classroom and at home. The educational team of the Chispa Infant School, we have developed an educational project with which we intend to help and guide the student in the growth and development of his personality, providing him with the greatest possible number of social skills and acting strategies that will serve to relate harmonious way, with the world around him and thus try to live happily.

All this within a global education that acts jointly on their intellectual, affective, motor, psychomotor and social capacities. In a word, contributing at all times to the integral development of his personality.

Pedagogical project

Our pedagogical project uses for its development as work strategies fundamentally:

  • Free play or induced by being the game the preferred activity in childhood becomes an ideal ally when it comes to teaching, both knowledge and attitudes.
  • Programmed psychomotor skills because it helps us in this global education by influencing all aspects of children's personality. The psychomotor activity at this stage helps to integrate the learning and favors an adequate scaffolding of the different capacities that the student develops.
  • Personal reasoning in the face of challenges because we understand that the lessons learned by the subject themselves are really efficient, lasting and empowering both personal autonomy and positive self-concept, which improves self-confidence, which will eventually favor decision making and problem solving by the student.
